Bought a couch and two chairs in October and they were just delivered after being late for over two months. The managers were no help, and the owner never returned any phone calls until we complained to the corporate office, who also admitted they had issues getting information from their personnel. They're friendly when you're purchasing something, but horrible to deal with after. I would recommend buying from King of Prussia, which Ethan Allen owns, instead of this location if you insist on their furniture. This process and how it was handled will lead me to Restoration Hardware or Johnathon Adler.
